Syd, I love where your head is at. Legalize it is more of a motto than an album name possibility. A war cry perhaps.

Legalize It is a stone cold classic Peter Tosh album.

And there's that too, I'm not trying to step on the Monkees' toes.* I totally recognize that Peter Tosh did stuff other than the Monkees, but that still doesn't excuse the Monkees.

Boy, it'd be nice if that free demo worked. Too much spraypaint, guys. :(

We did that on purpose to get you to come to our next show 8)

But seriously, sorry. I tried going through and picking out the fuckups, but some got through. We're putting the entire demo up for download soon, and we can give you another next time you see us.

uh, yeah. But there's spray paint on the bottom of the disc where the 010101010101s are. I'm sure most of them are fine.

It took me a second to realize you thought I meant Peter Tork. That confused me for a bit. But allow me to take my usual stand for the Monkees. They rule. I love it all, but for the haters, I always recommend watching their movie Head for definitive proof of their talents. Michael Nesmith's solo material would be worshiped like Neil Young's or Gram Parsons' if he hadn't been known from the Monkees TV show. Sorry for the thread jack. I digress.

i've just been saying "Legalize It" because i drunkenly joked about it and jamie thought it was really funny.

honestly i wouldn't be for legalizing it, but "Decriminalize It" sounds dumb.

also, happy 4/20.
