Backed on the distro comment. I was also stoked on all the label tables as well, I bought the full Jets to Brazil discog from Jade Tree, several band and free shirts from Interpunk and attempted cinnamon shots at the Peta table. Shit I even walked out of there with a free subscription to AP and a shirt from Angelville (they didnt even play). Not to mention, Initial was giving away a ton of old posters (everything from Falling Forward to The Jazz June), most of which I still have.

I want to say I spent about $150 of my moms money that weekend and came back with an entire closet full of shirts, records, posters and all kinds of ridiculous shit. Being 15 at the time, I didnt get to make it out to nearly as many shows as I do now and I had to prod my mom into ordering me things from labels so having everything there in one convenient place was awesome.

On a funny side note, my roomate Dave got the Victory table in trouble because he bought a Satisfaction lp from them and I guess he walked past the Hatebreed table, they found out and caused a big stink about it and started yelling at the poor schmuck running the VR booth for about 30 minutes. Quality stuff.

I'm so pumped about this. We had over 30 people come down from WV for the final Krazy Fest. A few less for the previous years, but it was always so much fun. I hope to finally be living in Louisville by the time this happens. Either way, I'm there.

He's currently working sound on the warped tour, so he won't be posting often.

Really hope at least 6 local bands play this if it's spread out over two or three days.

The only locals I really wanna see or I even think would fit this type of bill would be Frontiers, Rattletooth, Young Widows and Coliseum.

I'm curious to see how all of this pans out. Some of the bands people are requesting on Facebook are ridiculous.

I laughed at the very notion of this.

"Hey what's up Ritchie, this is Andy Tinsley, and I'm calling regarding Krazy Fest 2011. Ever heard of Krazy Fest? Initial Records? No? Well, it's this independent music festival that is taking place in Louisville, Kentucky. What, you've never heard of Louisville either? Oh. Well, uh...anyway, I'm calling to offer you a slot for Saturday night, right before Blackest Blood Runs Deep. What do you say?"

"Uh....sure, that sounds wonderful. Is it cool if I wear my pilgrim hat onstage?"
