Is the new mexico still going? Those dudes were awesome when I saw them. Old school og hardcore.
There was an alternate lineup that played at Astro Black and I think another show a few months ago. No idea on the current status. Some members are currently playing with White Reaper
, though it's maybe not straight forward punk/HC like you're talking about (shit, I dunno).
The Revenants are still around, and recently recorded for a new full length. http://www.reverbnation.com/revenants
Donnie Castle/Vagrant is in a new band with Sean Naamani and some others that just played their first show. Knowing who is in it, there's probably a bit of Ramones influence at some point and it's almost definitely something that you'd consider punk.
There's also the ones listed above. Written Off is about to put out a new 7" and Ill Advised recently put out a video. Stabler and Trigger Men both have tape demos that are available on Bandcamp and Another Mistake has a few 7"s and tapes that you can get ahold of and check out and is touring a bit.
You could maybe throw Coliseum into this list to, though they've progressed/moved a bit from their d-beat influenced beginnings (holy shit, what, almost 10 years ago now?)
Kentucky Goddamn may be up your alley considering who you mentioned, though if anything they may be more like a bit more raw early Annihilation Time. They have a CD demo out and stuff on Bandcamp, hopefully recording more soon. http://kentuckygoddamn.bandcamp.com/
Vaderbomb is mostly retired, but not dead. High energy shows, high energy music, pretty straight forward jams about wrestling. http://vaderbomb.bandcamp.com/
Whips/Chains should be included in this list, though I'm not sure about their current status. I assume they're getting a new drummer and preparing for the Euro tour in August or whatever right now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHpaFjub5yE
Would All Dead fit your criteria? http://alldead.bandcamp.com/
Doug, did The Hookers die off again after you left?http://www.reverbnation.com/thehookersvalhalla
I know I'm missing a few that may fall into your preferred genre distinctions. If/when I think of em, I'll try to post.
