Louisville Record Stores???

Post by AdamW » Mon Sep 16, 2013 5:13 pm

I am from Indianapolis and have only been to Louisville to play shows in the past few years and haven't had time to see what other record stores are around the city since Ear-X-tacy closed. Can you point me in the right direction?

Probably the three most worth visiting are:

Astro Black Records
Better Days
Underground Sounds

they all have different reasons to endorse them, but Astro Black is by far my favorite. There's also Highland Records (never been a fan), and three non-record stores that have records: Greenhaus (beer/wine/furniture shop), Please and Thank You (a coffeeshop), and Derby City Chop Shop (a barber shop).

I second Astro Black.
